There are sparks in the air. All across the country- all across the world. Ripples like electric waves, signaling- maybe, hopefully, change is imminent.
These moments are catalyst for transformation. Change rarely happens when people are complacent. Sometimes it takes a devastation. A loss. A tragedy. An injustice. To bring about change.
But you have to react. You have to recognize that spark- that catalyst- and then you have to consciously decide to work for change.
We are awake right now. We are listening. We are watching. We are learning.
Now we must take a step. And then another one. And then another one. That’s how transformation happens. A catalyst. And then a deliberate choice to rise.
